Sleep Token’s new album, Even in Arcadia is utter perfection. A lovely mix of calm with dashes of heavy artistically thrown in. Was dubious because people been hyping it up all morning but the praise was well placed. Emergence, Gethsemane and infinite baths are standouts for me #sleeptoken

They say travel broadens the mind and heals the spirit, I find that personally to be the truest thing that affects my mental health in the most impactful way. So as it’s my birthday weekend, we’re off on an adventure to heal my soul a bit. But you can’t go on an empty stomach so it’s Gin’o’clock 😁
