Lieutenant Commander Harris began Kaltenbrunner's case. Kaltenbrunner became Chief of Security Police and SD on January 30, 1943. Alois Hollriegl testified Kaltenbrunner visited Mauthausen gas chamber in fall 1942 while prisoners were being killed.
