He needs to do all of that in order to declare that there will be no further election activity whatsoever throughout USA

they’re wanting to violate the rights& privacy of the individual #tourist but they’re trying to invade rights &privacy of potentially multiple thousands of that tourist’s personal contacts& family, businesses, employers,health healthcare,etc.,
