I have no doubt their network states will be bombed and invaded, or collapse from general incompetence, once the USA is no longer there to protect them. The question isn't whether the tech fascists end up dead—it's whether they take us along for the ride.

So no reason to worry if you see a floating blob in a lake. It's just a filter-feeding colony of very ancient animals, a kind of freshwater coral made of goo.
On the other hand, that's EXACTLY what I'd be telling you if they WERE xenomorph eggs & I was an evil scientist, so... grain of salt.

It will also spell disaster for anyone hoping to actually get their packages. (anecdotal, for me...their penchant for lying on delivery reports has been an issue for me, at least.)(this is likely another aspect of overall system degradation)

...definitely a worry, and I admit fully to recalling the movie Impulse (1984), that involves a chemical getting into milk causing a town to lose all impulse control. (and yes, my associative brain goes into linking this with the MAGA Raw milk thing as a theme the universe is punking us all....)
