This should genuinely be a non-starter for Celtic and any other club. No money should go into Israel.
Celtic are linked with a fella named Ignacio ‘Nacho’ Laquintana - I haven’t seen him play for a second, but he passes the “great name” test all scouts that are worth their salt know is the true marker of a player. Get him in.

A LOT of bad takes re: Nancy on here, so here’s mine - Not an easy situation to come into, but both the board & Nancy significantly underestimated the route to success. In similar sample sizes, both MON & Nancy showed what is/isn’t effective w/ THIS group. Pragmatism is needed as wins are mandatory.

Is Nancy a bad manager? No. I suspect he’s a stubborn one who has been sold a false bill of goods by an inept board. That doesn’t excuse a failure to adapt his tactics to one that suited the players under O’Neill, however. Regardless of tactics, too many players are just doing the basics miserably.

In an interview with the Observer of Football Podcast, former Valour head coach Rob Gale spoke about the conditions the club and players R endured, stating the ownership gave players OD leftover concession food as post-game meals.

#ValourFC fans - we have to take our mourning & turn it into momentum. Manitoba needs ⚽️ infrastructure badly, we need pathways, & for that to happen, we need people’s passion, knowhow & support to put behind small/youth clubs however we can.
Supporter-power can change everything. We can’t stagnate.

If this is true, Miller should be fired from his position with WFC. This is negligence. If Valour was such a financial burden for WFC (which was entirely self-inflicted, yet VFC was a factor in forgiven stadium loans?), then a failure to secure this sale should be seen as a dereliction of duty
