so far, i think it's helping. been sleeping at least +1 hour per day, bringing it to 7 hours average, up from 6 and I'm feeling better, but also it's harder to start tasks and do errands and chores

Make sure to link your Twitch Account in Discord>Settings>Connections. The server [RIAL'S LAIR] will show up and you can join even without an Invite Link. This step is also required to be able to sync permissions, in case you can't see the #chat channel
