The worrying thing is just how many of them don’t understand that fluoride occurs naturally in drinking water. It’s only the slight additional modification that can be opted out of - and that’s only used where the naturally occurring levels are very low.

Some do but not all. Many of those with “good teeth” have just had a lot of cosmetic crown work carried out. That can be quite destructive - we tend to be more conservative in our approach in the UK - and avoid such a radical (and costly) approach if possible.
