I bought a new* bit of #guitar gear. It’s a Behringer FCB1010 MIDI foot controller. The plan with this is to try to control guitar effects in GarageBand. The USB MIDI cable hasn’t arrived yet, but at least the lights seem to come on as expected.

We had a splendid evening at Southwell Minster last night, watching Dickens’ A Christmas Carol, by the Chapterhouse Theatre Company.

I was playing this guitar again today. It really does feel good to play. It’s a bit heavy though.
