Isn't it a bigger ask that everybody be listening to the radio than that everybody have their walky talkies nearby and on?

Huh? That assumes rent would be the same as mortgage payments, which that true. Are the end, renters have a lot of money that they didn't pay on mortgage payments.

I find it annoying when they do them on Sundays, but this one wasn't as bad as that stolen art one from a few weeks ago.
