November 2014,10 predominantly Labour Councils in Greater Manchester did a deal with a Tory Chancellor that paved the way to do away with bus deregulation in GM. It's taken 10 years but at last it's done, and over the next 10 yrs not only will we get the benefit, the rest of the country will follow
