Voting is a fundamental right, not a privilege. It's the right that secures all others. It's currently a felony to cast one illegal vote, and can land you in prison.

ICE and CBP agents are public employees working on the behalf of the public, who pay their salaries. They have no right of anonymity. They should display badges with clear identification. They are not undercover.
