If you work in flow-states, how do you deal with breaks?

I like being in flow, I get a lot done. However, it can be taxing on my nervous system (esp visual because of the screen time).

How to deal with breaks? Every break disrupts the flow state and it’s not always easy to get into it again

Replit will make the most of my portfolio.

And I participated with a tiny community check that’s not even 5% of my portfolio

I received 15 views on my programmatic content slides this year since I switched from pitch to papermark. Not bad for my first slide deck for my seo services. :)

[AI Engineering] How can I make LLMs respect string lengths in my zod schemas?

I often find that when I define the zod schema, it's very hard to instruct it to respect the length rules in a one-shot. Can this be prompted or does it require an eval? I'd like to avoid the latter if possible
