There's loads I've missed I expect, plus a whole heap of 80s/90s Marvel nonsense I could point you towards too, but I expect this nerd dump is plenty thorough enough for now.

- Black Widow v6 #1-12 by Mark Waid & Chris Samnee. Super espionage fun!
- Ultimate Spider-Man v1 #1-160, v2 #1-15 by Brian Bendis & various. Early 00s reimagining of Spidey.
- Ultimate Comics Spider-Man #1-26 by Bendis, Sara Pichelli & David Marquez. Miles Morales' story begins...

- Runaways v1 #1-18 by Brian K. Vaughan & Adrian Alphona. Group of kids discover their parents are supervillains and split.
- Secret Avengers #16-21 by Ellis & various ace artists. All done-in-one stories.
- Uncanny X-Force #1-35 by Rick Remender & Jerome Opena/various. Wolvie's mutant hit squad.

- Moon Knight v7 #1-6 by Warren Ellis & Declan Shalvey. Genre hopping done-in-one stories
- Nextwave #1-12 by Ellis & Stuart Immonen. Willfully silly/satirical z-list superheroing.
- Peter Parker: The Spectacular Spider-Man #310 by Chip Zdarsky. Done-in-one, perfectly encapsulates Spidey.

- Hawkeye v4 #1-22 by Matt Fraction & David Aja. #11 is truly one of the greatest comics of all time, starring Pizza Dog.
- Marvels by Kurt Busiek & Alex Ross. Early years of the Marvel Universe seen through a reporter's eyes. Painted art, mythic take.

I don't follow Marvel these days, but I've enjoyed dipping into the following in fairly recent(ish) years:

- Daredevil v2 #1-8 (Guardian Devil arc) by Kevin (Clerks) Smith & Joe Quesada
- Daredevil v2 #26-81 by Brian Bendis & Alex Maleev. Gritty HBO style take on DD.

To be fair, as reality TV manufactured pop bands go, Girls Aloud were punk AF.
