Kind of silly but I think the guy really wants people to burn the flag so he can have a reason for his own official flag with his name on it. Who's gonna get bumped for the new paper currency with his portrait. Maybe replacing other dominations with the regime's cabinet members.

Oregon National Guard Adjutant General, General Gronewold says if they are federalized, that he will advise the Title 10 commander to utilize National Guard Troops to PROTECT protesters at ICE facilities. This is the right answer.
