Is there a good tineline or overview of the Alaa Abdel Fattah case, and UK involvement. I don't find the accusations of hypocrisy that interesting compared to: how did UK get and stay involved, what did FCDO brief ministers, were they aware of tweets, and why was his case considered such a priority?

Lando Norris reminds me of Anthony Joshua and, having read @tommctague.bsky.social's profile, weirdly Keir Starmer. People who have been hothoused to get where they've got, and learn an awful lot by rote, but aren't able to articulate why they want to do what they do from first principles.
