I’ve spent this morning digging a grave for our cat. Here he is when he was in his prime. Love this pic of home, he looks magnificent.

We are now living in an era of humanity where Crystal Palace and Tottenham Hotspur win stuff.

Strange times indeed.

I’ve started using Threads again. I’m sure Bluesky is better but there’s very little social interaction on here.

I’m amazed to see Wycombe fans leaving early.

Is there a statistic that shows long throws to be more effective than shorter ones?

I always think they give the opposition time to organise and defend.

Well I think I’ve seen more quality in the bargain section at Aldi. Not exactly a classic is it.

Would like to see us keep hold of the ball. Stop giving it away.

Fairly typical of FC Köln to leave it to the last game of the season. On the same day Charlton play their first playoff match as well.

Kick off feels like an eternity away. #cafc

I often feel like I’m alone in thinking just how awful the Second World War was. So many people seem intent on celebrating it.

Let’s face it, we are all only still here because our ancestors had to survive something truly awful.

I don’t think I’ve ever had such bad hay fever.

Perhaps the unusually warm spring has triggered the pollen earlier.

Another day battling the tree pollen.

Oh crap, it’s May the 4th.

I thought the Charlton game was kicking off at 5 for some reason. Oh well, a nice win to finish the season.

So am I right in thinking people voted for reform in the local elections because they thought they’d be better at managing their local services?

I’m hoping we bin the Burton Albion game off and just field an academy side. I know it would go against every fibre in Nathan Jones’ soul to do so but resting the players would be beneficial.

Field an academy squad. #cafc

Well that’s game over. Wrexham going up.

I really like Nathen Jones. His explicit focus on success is refreshing.
