You think? He has given exactly the right amount of attention to Trump in that speech. You set him aside and get on with things. Pretty much a work of art to effectively not mention Trump, yet indicate the direction we now go.

"Quantitative" is only concentration as assigned through calibration with a known standard. Anything else is semi-quantitative at best. People arguing to drop the semi- have never quantified something properly in their lives (probably) :)
