A SCOTUS that’s not this one might issue an opinion that a pardon that was purchased can be nullified. The Roberts Court would never dream of doing that.

Just add two new justices every two years with 20 year terms. Also, keep current House districts but each district elects two reps - fixes both gerrymandering and the Electoral College with one change.

This truth bomb is great stuff, but unfortunately not going to appear in the NYT anytime soon.
