@puregym.bsky.social My gym put up an Eid Mubarak sign—but nothing for Pride Month. As a queer member, I don’t feel welcome. In countries where Eid is celebrated, people like me are persecuted. If this is your idea of inclusion, take down your “Everybody Welcome” sign. 🏳️🌈

@puregym.bsky.social Eid Mubarak sign at the gym, but no Pride Month mention. Respect all cultures—but let’s not ignore that in many Eid-celebrating countries, LGBTQ+ people face violence. Selective “inclusion” isn’t inclusion. Be neutral, be fair. 🏳️🌈

@puregym.bsky.social if part of the gym is now a women-only space, does that mean the rest is now effectively men-only? Will there be designated spaces for LGBTQ+ members too? Inclusion shouldn’t come at the cost of division or lack of communication. Please clarify.

@puregym.bsky.social you’ve created a women’s workout space at our gym, but in the process, removed a large amount of equipment with no communication. Now the rest of us are left fighting over what’s left. This lack of transparency and planning is not acceptable. Please address this.

Oh fantastic, Nigel Farage is back in the spotlight with Reform—because nothing says “fresh ideas” like the architect of the Brexit masterstroke that turned “taking back control” into “losing control of everything.” Can’t wait for his next big idea—maybe unplug the country and plug it back in?
