Day 1858 #Pedal2Work

Lovely spring morning to ride a bicycle into #Melbourne CBD. There wasn't too much of a headwind until I got to the office, and it was t-shirt weather all the way. Good to see a few other people riding their bicycles along the river trail too. 😀👍🚲

Day 1857 #Pedal2Work

Felt cool in the morning before my ride to #Melbourne CBD, so made the choice to wear a jacket. I've made the same mistake this week. A few minutes in and it was very warm to ride. Couldn't be bothered stopping to take the jacket off. Oh well... 👍😀🚲

Day 1856 #Pedal2Work

A pleasant ride to #Melbourne CBD along the main Yarra Trail. Was a little cool to start with, so took off wearing a jacket, and by the time it was too warm for the jacket, I was not far for the office - so just rode in the rest of the way. 🚲👍😀

Cool start to a pleasant ride into #Melbourne CBD this morning. Not much of a headwind, but the temperature was less than expected. Some wet paths and roads were encountered, but nothing that caused problems. Hoping to dodge the rain on the way home tonight.

Stopped for a #quax along the way to #Melbourne CBD. Since my better half has been enjoying having a jug of coffee on standby, we're close to empty. Nothing better than buying ground beans by bike. No parking hassles - just in and out #LifeIsBetterOnABicycle

It was a cool start in the morning for the ride to #Melbourne CBD, and I was thinking it was going to be wet. Turned out it was mild and had a strong headwind for most of the way - so the jacket I was wearing was keeping me too warm. Oh well... 🚲👍😀

Strong headwind encountered along the way to #Melbourne CBD. Had a break for a little bit as I was able to shelter behind another rider, but then he slowed down and let me pass, then jumped on behind me. Still better than being stuck in a car.

The rains overnight got me to choose riding on the roads to #Melbourne CBD this morning. The ride was quick and didn't seem to have many cars around me the time I was travelling. Not sure if people are away or the weather got them to work from home.

Lovely day for a ride to #Melbourne CBD this morning. Weather was comfortable to ride in a tshirt, and there was less traffic on the roads while I was riding. Good to be back on the bicycle after a long weekend. 🚲👍😀

Slightly cool ride into #Melbourne CBD hoping there wasn't going to be any rain. Luckily, for me, the rain didn't come until later in the day. The ride home in the evening was in the damp, but still enjoyable. #LifeIsBetterOnABicycle 🚲👍😀

Pleasant ride to #Melbourne CBD via the Main Yarra Trail. Back to wearing a tshirt instead of the jacket. Weather was pleasant - a little cool, but very comfortable. Some sports riders were out on a training session, but they were too fast for me to keep up.

Wet ride with some patches of rain along the way to #Melbourne CBD this morning. Luckily I was wearing the usual jacket, and while that got wet, I was relatively comfortable. Didn't end up getting soaked which was a blessing. End of trip shower was pleasant.

Felt like a quick ride for most of the way into #Melbourne CBD via the Main Yarra Trail. Didn't get any headwind until I was near the office. Not many people out riding today. Didn't notice many people driving their cars on the roads either.

Pleasant day, although slightly breezy, as I rode my bicycle into #Melbourne CBD. Saw many people riding their bicycles this morning, and was able to hop between groups, getting shielded from the headwind at times. Some effort still required. 🚲👍😀

Windy ride into #Melbourne CBD, but at least most of the rain from yesterday had gone and most of the paths were dry. Was able to hop on the back of a big bunch of road bike riders and stay with them to the office. It cut down on some of the effort. 🚲👍😀

Very pleasant ride into #Melbourne CBD this morning, even with the headwind that I encountered for the majority of the ride. Was lucky enough to jump on the back of a bunch of road bike riders and get some shelter. Still was an effort, but not a huge one.

Back on the bicycle after 2 weeks off. Felt great to ride into #Melbourne CBD this morning as the sun was out and there were many other people riding their bicycles too. Was not feeling the best for 2 weeks and took public transport instead. Cost over $100.

Pleasant day for a ride into #Melbourne CBD. Today, I took the roads as I needed to stop in the middle of the city to do a #quax and it's always nice to get parking out the front of a shop. And at that time of day, there is no one else, so it was in and out.

Pleasant ride to #Melbourne CBD this nothing along the Main Yarra Trail. The ride started off cold, but was very comfortable in a short amount of time. Sun was out. Even had a guy over take me, that I was then able to keep up with. 🚲👍😀

Cool and quiet ride into #Melbourne CBD this nothing taking the Main Yarra Trail. Not many cars on the roads and not that many people out riding their bicycles either. Was lucky to be overtaken by a guy on an e-mountain bike, and was able to keep up.
