I just wanted to share my experience from this morning.
When you are riding a bike, you wear a helmet.
No discussion.

(I'm fine, just a few minor injuries. I'm happy to be alive because I hit the deck really hard with my head.)

It started as an experiment, but now I’m really enjoying it. A couple of weeks ago, I stopped wearing my watch on weekends. I quickly realized that I was using my phone more often.
So, I started keeping my phone away from me, and after a while, that worked.

Col de la Loze

On an already closed route shortly before the mountain arrival of today's #tourdefrance stage with around 15,000 other racing cyclists up to the summit. Cheered on by the fans who had already arrived. An incredible feeling!
