Don’t join a political team and trap yourself into defending everything they do. Being independents allows to pursue policies and outcomes you care about, without defending the abundant stupidly rampant in both parties.

We are at the point where the real issue is Congress, not Trump. Unless they step up, as a co-equal branch of government, we are getting the system as it was designed.
