That was the first time I ever saw auroras with my own eyes. I didn't even know it was possible at my latitude. I've captured many better pictures since, but I'll never forget the incredulous delight I felt that night.

The astronauts had a better view, but I doubt their breakfast burritos were as good as the all-night diner I went to afterward.

The only thing that surpasses her contempt for the People's Branch is the contempt the People's Branch has for itself at this point. The Founders simply did not anticipate elected officials with such little regard for their own power & their oaths.
Folks look at you're crazy when you say we're in the midst of the worst, most unprecedented Article I constitutional crisis in American history, & then Cabinet secretaries don't get immediately impeached & removed for behaving like this in front of the legislature that oversees them.
holy shit -- Bondi's new tactic is refusing to answer Democratic questions, then using time during the next Republican questioner to smear the previous Democratic member and accuse them of being complicit in violence crimes
