Mom just reminded me that also, when I unloaded that giant horse, I ALWAYS had 1-5 offers from random guys wanting to buy him because he was "a lot of horse for a couple of girls"-mom, sis, & I owned & rode him (& the farm, no boys allowed!), & he didn't really care for men who weren't my brother.

2/2 running over to offer to park my rig because "you're probably gonna have to squeeze it in a tight spot-it's real hard if you don't know how" (that's what he said joke goes here!). Like, my dude-who do you think drove it here? Do you see any males besides the horse? He is gelded, & doesn't drive.

Try being a woman parking, or god forbid BACKING UP a horse trailer anywhere. I used to drive an oversized crew cab diesel pickup with a trailer filled with a 2600 pound horse, his normal sized bestie, & all their scrap for the show, & when I'd hit the showgrounds, it's all dads & boyfriends 1/2

This is a daily occurrence if you own a horse, although it's usually a "mommy" asking then. My sister & I have the stock answer of "Yes, it's $85 per lesson, please call to set up an appointment!", accompanied by a business card for our family farm (I'm trainer, she's an upper level rider).

Yup. My schools had pretty good sex ed for the time, but we lived on a livestock farm & knew what was up. I'm not sure it's a coincidence that my brother is the only one of us who had kids & he treated (& still treats) his wife like a queen!
