Why do I have the feeling that "working on it", in this case, means they assigned a completely untrained new employee to work from home on it, while broadly hinting that they should take as long as possible.

I've heard that though they are planning to cut Medicaid, they are NOT cutting Medicare Advantage, which from what I have heard, deserves to be utterly eliminated or drastically altered to prevent abuse of it by health care companies.

In fact, they are expanding it?
