I would say there's a good chance it only adds the ability for Trump to claim he accomplished something, in a few weeks or months.

Why do I have the feeling that "working on it", in this case, means they assigned a completely untrained new employee to work from home on it, while broadly hinting that they should take as long as possible.
Oh, and the new hire is the offspring of one of their friends.
