I loooooove when they pull stuff like this, especially when it's "time sensitive" so you try calling them and they send you through a phone tree until you land on an answering machine that the person absolutely does not check

I love paying government entities online because you never know what you're going to get. Trying to pay the county a small tax bill and they have it set up as a cart and checkout

We got these sculpted birds that my partner's great grandmother made and now I get why older people always have little ceramic dogs and stuff everywhere. This is so awesome
