Twitch uses (used?) Gsuite and we had to break out Office for Mac pretty much any time we interacted with Amazon teams in that manner. Same for most external partners.

This. Not using Office with any other person/team/company that does use Office is a pipe dream. It only works if you all switch and good luck with that. Same goes for Adobe.
