good advice for sure! i bought incompatible ram and it took me 2 years to figure out it was the ram. because the symptoms showed as vram failure. artifacting and black screening in games. 😭 felt so relieved when i finally figured it out.

i tend to wait until pcs are moving onto a new DDR. my pc is a DDR4 pc but like the last gen of DDR4. before that i had the last gen DD3. so now i kinda want last gen DDR5. i just feel like most of the mistakes will be patched out by then yk.
