Sure, but he overcomes that, TLJ felt like a step back. I don't need him to always win, but to struggle in that pursuit. I think there's a lot of room there between perfect hero and hermit.

A lot of folk I respect love it, I keep going back to see if i change my mind.

I haven't gone back to it in years, it never landed for me. I can see what it's doing. In the end I think I didn't care for what it was trying to do. All the Luke stuff fell flat and boring to me, and the Finn and Rose stuff didn't land like it should have.

But I ain't getting that mad about it.

I don't think i said that. The sub program is great for a single viewer. Especially one that goes to the movies twice a month.

I consider a "casual" viewer someone who sees an ad and is motivated to go. A subscriber is by definition someone with vested interest. 25-35 per person can be a high bar

Sure, but families make up a good part of the movie going public. If they stop coming, that's a good chunk of people.

As well as normalizing going out again, but that can't happen till the economics get better.

It's a sub. I think people are getting tired of subs and that means you have to use it.

Yes. It's expensive. If I have a fam of 4 and I think about going to the movies it's $100+ proposition. Maybe I just wait till it shows up on one of my streamers in a month or two.
