One more step in the right direction dealing with grief. It has had a chokehold on my life for the last five months.

Today I joined a service of remembrance for families that lost someone who was in the same hospice care as my grandma. It was beautiful & heartbreaking hearing everyone else talk about their loved ones. I'm glad I was able to speak about my grandma and how amazing she was 🥺
