I find it funny that Hughes is struggling to multi-task and handle all three contracts at once. He's gambling on Salah being patient but for the levels of goals and the service to the club, etc. it's starting to become quite disingenuous and unfair from the club.

I think they want to settle Trent and Virgil's first but it's looking a bit embarrassing now for Hughes. Obviously he inherited a bad situation but I'm surprised the club is taking this long to even make an offer.

You and @mo-stewart.bsky.social hit the key point here, it’s implicit bias. Might be that he’s avoiding the Pandora box, but denying the bias is just as dangerous. PGMOL needs to do something to regain trust of the public and addressing those points would be a good fist step.
