I get that it's jarring to see a WR run a 4.8 40 at pro day, but I wouldn't bet against Xavier Restrepo making it in the NFL. He didn't become the all-time leader at The U in receptions & receiving yards by accident. He also was 2nd in the nation last year in receptions of 60-plus yards.
