This is always an interesting podcast, but this episode is excellent for an intro to critical discourse analysis and the concept of 'manipulation'. Includes some really useful examples later on.

In Sydney today, for the first time in 34 years, I realised while celebrating a student's PhD submission that all of us at the table were part of the LGBTQIAP2S+ community. A moment of unexpected comfort and camaraderie came over me. It really does get better, y’all. 🩵🤍
