Happy birthday! Nothing wrong with eating leftover roast for breakfast - gotta eat that before it goes bad. Nutritionally speaking, there's no such thing as "breakfast food." A bowl of cereal provides the same nourishment at 6 am as it does at 6 pm. Eat what brings you joy!
