yeah if you could bait a trinket with gouge and then blind your opponent you could get most of a bandage off and also restealth to open again. ppl got pretty wise to this but trinket is often on cd anyways so if the fight was going south and you didnt quite feel like cutting and running it was nice

highly useful for rogues in battlegrounds and wpvp; less so in arenas

super useful in PVP especially if you played a rogue. if the fight stops going your way you can gouge/kidney and sprint away or vanish and go heal yourself. cheaper than potions too, and PVPers tend to be broke.
