Since October, I've gotten into the habit of posting a drawing from my sketchbook on Ko-fi every week.
This drawing is one of those posted in October. #sketchbook
Monochrome drawing, hatched, inlaid in a sepia-colored paper texture. It depicts a pair of demonic wings curled up to form a sort of cocoon, a face half-covered by a human skull mask, and a hand with long claws protruding from it, as well as a long vertebral tail protruding from the bottom.

On its back is another completely slumped body, of which only the back of the skull is visible. Behind them, another emaciated skeleton stands upright, looking up. In the background, the hip of a standing body, the back of another slumped over, and further back, a rib cage reforming, amplified by bright green magic. Other silhouettes stand in the background. Close-up on a group of skeletons further away from those described in the previous images. One is standing upright, having recovered one eye, allowing him to look upwards while helping another body extricate itself from the muddy mass on the ground. In the background, skulls protrude from the ground, without any flesh except for an eye and/or a tongue. Further back, a body seems to be almost flying out of the mud, with mud flowing from its movement. Another skeleton clings to it in the hope of benefiting from this ascent, unless, on the contrary, it is helping it to climb even higher. Elsewhere, the mud forms bumps, sometimes with holes in them, hinting at a swarming mass beneath.

My last #thebandghost fanart. Perpetua reviving souls. It is, in a way, a twin illustration to ‘The Shepherd of the Damned Souls’, which depicted Copia riding on a festive mound of skeletons.

Digital illustration in colour and vertical format, depicting a sea of more or less emaciated bodies, some still lifeless skeletons while others have regained most of their flesh, albeit putrid, and are moving upwards. This entire swarming mass is located at the bottom of the composition and is rendered in shades of grey and dark green, except for the bones, which shine with a brighter green. There are also swirls of light in the same green colour throughout the scene, which we can assume to be the source of the bodies' reanimation. All of this is overlooked by a figure floating above, dressed in a black and purple papal robe, richly embroidered and adorned with jewels and metal crucifixes. The mitre is also purple, with jewels and crucifixes made of silver skeletons. This is Perpetua, recognisable by his face partially hidden by a silver skull mask. He looks down, his arms outstretched from his body, from which emanate the green magical swirls described above. He is therefore the one who revives these bodies. The sky, which serves as the background for this illustration, is also very dark, blue-purple, turning to a slightly lighter grey towards the horizon.

In response the french postal system has decided to remove canada from the list of possible destinations. So, I must add Canada to the list of countries to wich I cannot sell for a while. I apologise for this inconvenience, even if it is beyond my control, there is nothing to do but wait." Text picture saying : "However: letter format is still possible for the united states, I plan to favour smaller formats in future lino projects. (max size that fits in an A4 envelope : 8.2 inches x 11.6 inches, 21 centimeters x29.7 centimeters). This will be a win-win situation as it will reduce postage corsts and perhaps be a little less tiring for me to press by hand. Today was printing day. I made 13 for my first batch.
It was also the first time I used a spoon, and it really is very effective. #lino

I feel like I've spent ages on it, but it's mainly because I've had to keep stopping to deal with other things. Finally, we're getting to the end!
