So ridiculous! I thought I was definitely going to go bald. I even bought a wig. The excessive hair loss lasted about two months for me. Hopefully it slows down for you soon!

Yes! I'm vegan. It can be challenging to make sure I get the needed nutrients/protein, but I'm making it work! Tofu, edamame and meat substitutes have been a staple in my diet post-op. If you're just limiting the amount of meat you eat and not going vegan, it will be easier for you. 😀

That was the biggest struggle of the bariatric experience for me so far! It gets better!
