Ok. So I’m a huge believer in supporting places that enrich the understanding of where we are now as a nation — as how we got here, whether it’s by becoming member or giving random donations. BUT…look at the cute little lamb they give you at #MountVernon with a membership. I’ve named him Lambiel. 🐑

Well. I caved in. After seeing these since I was a kid, I’m finally starting to track my #NationalParkService visits with my own #PassportToYourNationalParks booklet. Bring it on! (P.S. There are another seven stamps in the booklet from today.)

I’ve been a fairly good user of @cnn.com, but this new registration requirement has me avoiding using them. I love how they’re really trying to convince me to do this, which I won’t. So, guess I’ll source my news from elsewhere. Because you know this is mostly about ad revenue. 🙄
