Sen. Curtis has been an ineffectual embarrassment.

She echos within the Des News epistemic bubble narrative.

And Curtis had 6 years before re-election and could have had some influence if, like Romney, he didn't just capitulate.

Pretty ironic that one of them will be out of office despite drinking the orange cool aid and selling their souls.

UTGOP doesn't like Article I, Section 2. "All political power is inherent in the people; and all free governments are founded on their authority for their equal protection and benefit, and they have the right to alter or reform their government as the public welfare may require."

UTGOP interprets Article IV, section 10 which states: "I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support, obey and defend the Constitution of the United States and the Constitution of this State, and that I will discharge the duties of my office with fidelity" by adding on "according to UTGOP."

So much for Curtis' pilgrimage to American principles. As he himself said in www.deseret.com/opinion/2025... "My season serving as a United States senator will be measured not by what was said, but by what was done. Results matter!" So far I'd measure his season negatively.

UTGOP Sen. Dan McKay and Rep. Mark Strong proving their endorsements carry no weight outside of the broken caucus system.
