Okay..so I'm not coughing phlegmmy or feeling like winter got me! I use this oil 2x a day from my forehead to the bottoms of my feet. The men in here though..well, they don't get it. I keep telling them they need this barrier all the way down to the kidneys 🤎 grease up!

I went to work on my feet... about 80oz of water 5hr shift, hit the pool...no floatie...this is my first chew all day! I got chickpeas flaxseed eggs..onions, banana peppers cucumber ...you can see the rest!

Without the waist floatie I work harder..today I conked out less than an hr into my 90 mins. I'm not a particularly strong swimmer but I'm definitely burning the burgers off!
