It does help that most of the cast have sizeable fan followings from their voiceover work to help grow it out. That's the reason why I initially watched them.

I think it's okay to spend your energy on smaller things. A single line or word is still progress to creating something and those things build over time and eventually become something you could be proud of. It'll help maintain control over the things you have agency over too, imo.

is the the Riot one? From what I read on Linkedin, contractor roles are done on their main site and no mention of using recruiters.
