Trying to cover every possible want/need is not good if people are being charged extra for your people-pleasing.

ALSO, charging more for decaff because not many people drink it isn't helping your sales. That isn't the customer's fault. Either price it the same OR don't have it. So tired of people running businesses that don't understand business.
