As a quantum scientist I can report that in 17 alternative universes, Steve is indeed at work, and in 3 of those he is actually being productive. In approximately 5 times 10 to the 75th power he is at the pub, while there are 3 times 10^75 universes in which he is up to shenanigans.

The Great Dictator was always one of my favorite movies. Written before the war, it started filming shortly after the invasion of Poland. It represents Chaplin’s attempt to take down Hitler all by himself… The parodies of Hitler’s speeches are hilarious. Sadly very relevant today…
