Could we persuade her to run for PM ?
January 14, 2026 at 11:06 PM
That’s no ally. Not any more.
January 14, 2026 at 10:08 PM
Nope. But at least we knew she was there!

Fortunately, not a channel I’ve ever watched :)

Ah ha. I see we share the same (largely invisible) gentleman.
For all her faults (and they were legion) at least Suella showed her face in her constituency.

They need shaming into leaving X. A coordinated public campaign that they can’t ignore…

Do we have a list of those MPs still using X, and could we find a newspaper or broadcaster prepared to run a campaign to get the government and MPs off X?

Reform UK is basically the Tory party now with added nastiness.

If that’s “prioritised”, what the heck are the timescales for their back-burner projects?

Wow. Thats grim. Here in the UK car alarms MUST silence themselves after 5 minutes, and reset whether OEM or aftermarket.

It’s very variable here. London is great. The big metropolis’ like Manchester and Birmingham aren’t bad. But live on the outskirts of a small city like Portsmouth, Exeter or Norwich and it’s another matter.

And if you live out in the country, just run a car…

I think the eccentric label would be less common now, as many people would applaud the lifestyle choice. But outside of major cities you’d still be signing up to a lot of personal inconvenience to live without easy access to a car.

Uk immigration is a “problem” for the UK, especially arrivals in “small boats”…

Q: How do you eat an elephant?
A: One forkful at a time.

Get the impeachment passed with an initial slam-dunk article, and then add more articles (with a simple majority vote?) later, while Trump (and hopefully his co-conspirators) are locked up somewhere unpleasant, giving us all time to think.
