They have been. There was also significantly more snow in the Cascades, and with the rapid warming that went fairly high up, much of that snow melted really fast.

The Skokomish has been at "normal" minor to moderate flood levels. Nothing like what the rivers coming out of the Cascades are doing.

Probably because they're trying to work with some of the new social media age laws some places are passing (Australia has banned social media for anyone under 16).
