Perhaps the most important factor Trump gained from his predictably incompetent cabinet choices is they make him impervious to 25th amendment removal.

A robust U.S. economy is being sacrificed to a vanity project of a failed businessman who squandered a 400 million inheritance and declared bankruptcy 6 times. His tariff decisions illustrate the Duning-Kruger effect defined as Unconscious Incompetence, when you don't know what you don't know.

The GOP depends on lesser educated and low information voters and attracts them with memes that distort reality such as the price of gas during a pandemic. Sadly it’s been an effective strategy.

I think history will credit Joe Biden with great economic success leading us out of the pandemic. And it’s stunning that pre election polls showed more confidence that Trump would be better on the economy.
