I'm guessing it was easier to do the side off Hennepin, and tucked back behind the shrubs, but one can hope they thought "well I might be a hate-message-spray-painting vandal, but I'm not a *monster*."

Also, while this is clearly awful and unacceptable, I have to say at least it's on the modern flat side, and not the gorgeous front facade of the temple, which would be much harder to remove.

not the point, but Frey saying "our Jewish neighbors" as if he's not Jewish is ... odd at best? Wouldn't one say some variant of "as a fellow Jew my heart goes out" etc?

If you can't afford to protect less than 2% of the population, how the hell am I supposed to believe you'd protect the LGBTQ at 10%, Black folks at 12%? let alone Women's rights at 52%? If you think a portion that small is a "hill not worth dying on" explain how you'll defend far steeper hills.

I would love to know what personal rights this person is willing to give up since they seem so comfortable saying that trans people's are negotiable.
