Egg!

I just finished the mold for these. They're hollow, cast in tough white resin, and about the size of an emu egg. They're easy to cut open for a creature to "hatch" from too.

I sculpted the original in oil-based clay, and they've got a nice pebbly texture.

I've made several types of horns and spikes over the years. These blanks can be worn as traditional horns, or used as accents and greeblies on costume armor and weapons. I love seeing what people do with them.

Getting further with Alexander now too! Again, haven't posted about him in a while, but he's now got a shiny new brass armature. Really happy with the shaping on him. I'm pretty on schedule with all of my Confuzzled prep, so I am really keen to get him done to bring him as a display piece.

Little resin skulls. They make great magnets, ornaments, and costume décor.

My cat masquerade mask blank.

All of my pieces started as hand-sculpted originals in oil based clay. To make the finished masks and other pieces, I make a mold out of silicone, and then cast it using tough urethane resin.
