Sackets Harbor, NY is so small that there’s one pre k-12 school with 475 students. Three of those students were disappeared by ICE.

Here is a statement published today by school principal Jaime Cook:

So…isn’t the point of these tariffs for orange to pressure importers to shovel cash his way till he removes them? Isn’t that how mob protection works?

Sure you laughed at me for installing heated Toto toilet seats in North Carolina where you can count yearly subfreezing days on one hand.

Straight up enjoying Ravens-Bills over the air after every streaming app on my 'smart' TV wants me to pay for Paramount+. Really enjoyed the antenna dance to pick up the DTV signal too. OLD SCHOOL RULES.

WOW. Third Circuit nominee Adeel Mangi's letter to Biden (but, really, to all) is today's required reading: "I have battled for justice, even if it meant there would be none for me."

And, though unnamed, Sens. Catherine Cortez Masto, Jacky Rosen, and Joe Manchin get their earned response.

I remember seeing the large and small magellanic clouds just by looking up at night while living in New Zealand. For the many of us who've grown up in light polluted skies seeing the "uncovered" sky is like breathing clean air after living in a smog bowl.
shot, but the sky was so clear I forgot about the cold, I was in absolute awe at what I was seeing. The pinky area a 3rd of the way up the Milky Way is the North America nebula and in the top left you just about make out the Andromeda galaxy.
