@garychalk.bsky.social

You've gone viral mate!

And I was tempted to reactivate my Xitter account to make the same comment, now I don't have to!

I couldn't believe that even Musk would stoop this low, so I went back into the cesspit of Xitter, and... yes... he did actually call Senator Mark Kelly a traitor.

Tamiya tape, to keep the straight edge, and a bit old brush!

Huh.

Maybe we need to let the Cambridge dictionary know...

Much as I wish to see AI speculation crash and burn, the drop needs to be looked at in the context of the bigger picture - NVIDI are still well up YTD, and have a fair amount to drop to lose that.
We can but hope.

And the original Horus Heresy version

You're correct that the Officers have the ornate breastplates and/or gorgets, and the Rank and File are just in fatigues.

The earlier 'Imperial Army' minis evolved into the Imperial Guard for the release of the plastic box set.

As far as named regiments from back then, this is a good start -

This is such a great piece, based on one of my favourite 'Osprey' pieces by Karl Kopinski.

@microsoft.com I'm just gonna leave this here, ok?

And now this one's broken too...

Meanwhile...

Instructions unclear, dog appears to be broken.

This one is comfy too.

What's interesting, is I asked the same question, and get this answer - either way, I'm never knowingly using it again.

I get this, the only difference being that I put a question mark at the end.

Just finished rewatching 'Altered Carbon'.
*Spoilers may follow*

I'm just going to talk about Season 1, as it's probably one of my favourite pieces of television ever. I've never read the book(s) so I'm commenting purely on what's on screen.

I find it interesting to read some of the reactions

Absolutely, there's something about this kind of art that captures the essence of something like 'Near Dark'.

The stark monochrome really creates a mood.

Share something black and white.

Tim Bradstreet art "The Methuselah", and the photo reference he drew it from (his friend, Linda Blair, yes, thatLinda Blair, from the Exorcist)

Which goes some way to explain the "3D Roleplay Hobby Game" branding that GW used into the late '80s I take it?

Conservatives: Why can't women be like they were in the old days?

Victorians: Okay

Conservatives: No, not like that!

If you see this, post a monster!

This came about while fiddling with parts at the painting table at Games Workshop Brent Cross for our Games Day board.

I was allowed to keep the Daemon, and later made this duel diorama.

Hi, I'm Chris, and I've been a Warhammer collector/gamer since 1988.

From '99-'07 I worked for Games Workshop (Retail in London, before transferring to HQ at Lenton). A couple of fallow periods, but I've always maintained my love of 'the Hobby'.

Always looking to encourage new hobbyists!
